It describes Nuba Alliance to housing operators and lets you ask to join our waitlist. It is not the operator workspace or the resident membership, which have their own terms.

We try to keep the content accurate and current, but it is provided for general information and does not form an offer or a contract. Some of the services shown are in pilot or planned, and figures described as projected are estimates, not results.

Brands and partners shown on the site are illustrative of the kind of partner we work with or integrate with and do not imply endorsement unless we say so expressly.

You may browse the site and submit the waitlist form for your own business purposes. You must not:

• submit false or misleading information, or someone else’s details without their permission;
• use automated tools to scrape, crawl or submit forms at volume;
• attempt to interfere with the site’s security or availability;

Asking to join the waitlist is not a contract for any service. We will use the details you give us to get in touch about Nuba Alliance, as described in our privacy centre. We may prioritise operators by portfolio size, location and readiness, and we cannot promise a place in a pilot or a response time.

The site, its content, the Nuba name and logo belong to Nuba Technologies Ltd or our licensors. Images used on the site are licensed to us or used with permission.

The site links to third-party sites, including our social media profiles and the Nuba consumer service at nubarewards.com. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not operate.
